We ship plants, roots, bulbs, seeds worldwide! All international shipments include the necessary phytosanitary certificates to comply with agricultural import regulations. These certificates verify that our plants are free from pests and diseases and meet the phytosanitary requirements of your country.

Shipping Methods

International: We use trusted international courier services that specialize in plant, Roots, Bulbs shipments. Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7-14 business days depending on customs clearance.

Phytosanitary Certificates

All international orders automatically include phytosanitary certificates issued by the Morocco Department of Agriculture. These certificates are required for legal plant importation and will accompany your shipment. Please ensure you check your country's specific import requirements before ordering.

Shipping Restrictions

Some countries have restrictions on certain plant species. We will contact you if your order includes plants that cannot be shipped to your destination. Additional permits may be required for some locations.

Tracking

Damaged or Lost Deliveries

If your plants, bulbs, roots arrive damaged or your shipment is lost, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
